Wrong RAC shows on leaderboard.

Wrong RAC displayed on leaderboard

oncoapop3 showed a RAC of 171000446.350588 yesterday (in the Leaderboard section under points column)

and the wcg.rac file was encoded partly as having line endings with CR only (macOS) as line ending.

RAC should have been 17446.

Workaround

1. Restart computer or server and start biblepay again.
2. Alternative is to quit biblepay, erase wcg.rac in SAN folder, and restart biblepay
