Problem

When you enter the following into the Debug Console:

exec associate wcg_email  wcg_verification_code

you get the following error message:

Unable to find email@domain.com. Please type exec rac to see helpful hints to proceed. (code -1)

Solution

Use your World Community Grid nickname (your handle) rather than your e-mail.

To find your verification code, log into World Community Grid (WCG). Go to Settings, Profile.

Scroll down and look for the verification code:
